Returns Policy

When you buy from our website, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

We know sometimes you may need to return products for various reasons. This page  outlines what products can be returned and how to do so.

Changed you mind?

If you decide an item you've bought isn't quite right for you, we're happy to offer a full refund on most products. Please note there are some items listed below that can only be returned if they are faulty.

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products packed in Blister Packs (sealed plastic) if the blister pack has been opened.
  • Headphones due to hygiene reasons.
  • Software products and hardware products containing software products that have been registered may also not be returned.

You also have 7 days from the date of purchase to cancel or return unwanted

All you need to do is give us a call on 01905 22958 and we can understand the reason for your return and then authorise the return and confirm the return details.

Please ensure that the products is returned in all of its original packaging, please note that if you return an unwanted item, and have opened and used the said item, we may issue a partial refund for diminishment, this will also apply to ripped/damaged internal and external packaging. We still have to sell the returned unwanted product again to another customer and we would need the goods to be returned to us in exactly the same condition as they were delivered to you.

Partial refunds will be give if the products are not returned in exactly the same condition.

If your Items arrive damaged or faulty

We try to ensure that all our products arrive with you safely, if you do receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please call 01905 22958 as soon as you discover the fault and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue quickly

We are open Monday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm. If you do want to email outside of these hours please contact us on [email protected]

Return Costs

If the item you're returning is damaged or faulty we will pay for the courier cost of your return.

We may ask you to send the item back and us reimbursing you (up to £10) or one of our suppliers will collect the item for free. If we collect the item this will usually require you to be at one location all day to wait for the collection. We will only attempt to collect the item once.

If your items are unwanted and you have changed it is the customers responsibility for shipping / collection costs.

Please return your product to us within 7 days of receiving your order, make sure you use an insured, trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit.

We reserve the right to charge you our costs, in recovering a product from you if you don't return the item.


As soon as we receive your goods back, we will issue a full refund (less any shipping costs for unwanted goods) within 7-10 days.

In some cases we may have to contact our supplier to confirm the fault was not the customers responsibility which can delay the refund timing, but this doesn’t happen very often and the majority of refunds are processed straight away.
